ABSTRACT
Health institutions are working areas where it is very important for employees from different disciplines to provide services in harmony. Organizational social capital is an effective factor in the creation of this harmonious working environment. Improving the quality of service in health institutions and improving the results are indispensable for health systems. In this study, it is aimed to examine the effect of social capital on health service quality. Within the scope of the study, national and international articles written in Turkish and English between the years 2010-2020 were examined. Studies were scanned with the keywords 'social capital', 'health workers', 'service quality'. Of the 256 articles found, 9 articles meeting the criteria were the subject of the study. As a result, it has been seen that organizational social capital affects the quality of health service, and high social capital level is associated with better quality health care. It has been determined that the number of studies on social capital and health service quality is low.
