ABSTRACT

Health Transformation Program studies in our public hospitals started in 2003. Legal regulations are indicative of a stable process and it is seen that the Institutional Carnet (İC) model has been developed. The first report card scores of our public health institutions were measured in April 2014, 18 months after the application started in November 2012. In our study, it was aimed to evaluate the period results and effects of the IC application, which was used for a period in the public health facilities of our country. 17 health facilities within the Ministry of Health in İzmir were included in the scope of the study. The data of the relevant period were analyzed retrospectively. Statistical evaluation of the data was made with a paired two-sample Student's t-test.
