ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research; It is the determination of the financial problems of thermal hotel enterprises, which have an important place in tourism enterprises and serve all year round as an alternative tourism type by interview method. In this context in order to understand this importance better, located in Afyonkarahisar Province, one of the regions with the highest number of thermal hotels in Turkey, 4 thermal hotel top managers, 2 expert lecturers from the Tourism Faculty and 2 expert employees working in the Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism were interviewed. As a result of the evaluations some points are among the important problems such as: The tourism enterprises in the region have insufficient own resources, special agreements on bringing foreign tourists to thermal hotels are not made in cooperation with the Social Security Institution (SGK) and the Ministry of Health.
