ABSTRACT

In this study, Turkey Health Care Quality and Accreditation Institute (TCQAI) has established principles for national and international health accreditation surveys, including technical and rules were made to demonstrate the method. With this method, it is aimed to reflect the quality philosophy of the accreditation audit cultures by taking the most accurate control decision of health accreditation surveyors to carry out the survey activity. In this context, it has been designed and tested with pilot applications as the building blocks of the "survey criteria, evidence collection principles and techniques, non-conformity definition criteria and decision making level decision" methods. The method is used in TCQAI accreditation inspections and it is expected that quality culture will affect positively in institutional, national and international level.
