ABSTRACT

Within the scope of TÜSKA healthcare accreditation programs, there is currently a standard set of accreditation standards for 4 areas. These; Health Accreditation Standards (SAS) Hospital, SAS Oral and Dental Healthcare Centers (ADSM), SAS Dialysis and SAS Laboratory Sets. All TÜSKA Accreditation Standard sets are accredited by The International Society for Quality in Health Care (ISQua). Health Accreditation Standards in Turkey in 2012 by the Ministry of Health began the formal process established by ISQua cooperation. As result of the studies carried out until2015,ISQua has accredited. With the establishment of TÜSKA in 2015, all kinds of information and documents and all the work and transactions carried out within the scope of the accreditation activities of the Ministry of Health have been transferred to TÜSKA. TÜSKA Accreditation Standards in Health are based on national needs and priorities, national-international standards/studies, World Health Organization Objectives and ISQua principles and with the participation of a large number of professionals, including academicians, health administrators, auditors and practitioners, The standards are prepared by making test works in terms of parameters.
