ABSTRACT

This study was carried out to determine the quality perceptions of nurses working in a hospital, as descriptively. The perceptions of the quality of health workers were examined according to demographic factors such as age, gender, title, occupation and working time. In the analysis of the data, firstly descriptive statistical information was examined. The distribution of normality of data was tested by Kolmogorov-Smirnov. The data was found to be 95% safe and normal distribution. Using parametric tests in the analysis of data; t-test in independent groups, One-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation test were utilized. As a result of the study, “Benefit of Quality Studies” (3.41 ± 0.66) of the highest average in the scale sub-dimensions; the lowest average was found to be sub-dimensions of “Management and Leadership” (3.04±1.11).
