ABSTRACT

One of the indispensable elements of total quality studies is patient safety. Patient safety in health services can be defined as taking / providing health care without error.It is meant by the health institutions and their employees to take necessary measures to prevent harm to persons in health care services. These measures are both physical and psychological conditions, and it is undisputable that all these conditions can be achieved through a smooth system created in a positive atmosphere. It is also a must in the framework of patient rights.
